If you are not 100% satisfied, you have a 30-day delay from the delivery to return your items to us.
- Please send a message to email@example.com from our website. In this message, specify which item (s) you want to return and why. We will return to you within 48 hours. Thank you for your cooperation.
Once you have received the necessary information to proceed with the return, we invite you to send us your articles in their original packaging.
3. Deposit your parcel with the carrier of your choice.
4. Returns are processed within 15 business days following receipt of your parcel. You will be reimbursed in your personal account, thank you to provide us with the necessary documents. As soon as the refund is made, a confirmation email will be sent to you.
Items can be returned within 30 days of the order delivery date. Articles with a size problem (actual size different from the measurements indicated on our site, subject to verification of ITS LEGGINGS) or quality (e.g., tear) may be returned.
Returns are carried out at the expense of the customers. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in impeccable condition.
ITS LEGGINGS reserves the right to refuse reimbursement of items not complying with these general Conditions of sale.
ITS LEGGINGS declines all liability for damage or damage resulting from the use of any of its articles, individually or in combination with other articles, which occurred after acceptance of the order. ITS LEGGINGS cannot be held responsible for an error concerning the quantity of items delivered, unless the customer notifies ITS LEGGINGS within 30 days of delivery of the parcel, with proof of an official document signed by the carrier stating that the Parcel was collected in this state by the latter.
Reimbursement (if applicable)
Once you receive the item and once you are eligible for the refund, we will send you an email to notify you that you will receive the refund of the product shortly.
The refund is made on the payment method chosen to make the purchase of the item.
Delay of reimbursement (if applicable)
If you have not yet received the refund of your item, please check your bank account and contact your bank for more information on upcoming transactions.
The refund may take time, and the information may take some time before it can be posted to your bank account.

Sales Promotions (if applicable)
Sold items, or sales made with a promotion code, are not eligible for reimbursement. ITSLEGGINGS reserves the right to adjust the reimbursement on a case-by-case basis for a better customer service.
Exchange of articles (if applicable)
We proceed with the exchange of items if and only if your item is defective as indicated on our terms and conditions page. If you wish to exchange the same item (e.g., size error, color, etc.) please contact us at email@example.com.
In this case the return costs are not reimbursed.
If your item total is more than $100, we strongly recommend that you return your parcel with tracking.

Items must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition. Returns are verified by our quality managers. If they realize that an item is torn, stained or used, the return or exchange will not be accepted.
4. If you return your item without notifying our customer service, our quality department will consider this item as non-refundable.
5. We do not accept parcels returned via a receiving payment service. Be aware that the return is at your expense unless our items are defective.
