Q: Is ItsLeggings.com reliable? 
A :We use Shopify to operate our online shop and we guarantee a 100% secure payment, made via stripe.

Q :How do I make my payment?
A :VISA, MasterCard, American Express, or Paypal

Q :Do you have a store?
A :Not! We are exclusively on the Internet.

Q: Do I have to pay a tax?
A :In some cases, customs duties or other taxes may apply. Nevertheless, don't panic! If this happens, please send us the proof with the order number to itsleggings@gmail.com And we will offer you solutions.

Q :How do I choose my size?
A :We have provided you with a size chart or a detailed description of the sizes you will find below each of our items. IMPORTANT: Be sure to take your measurements carefully before purchasing.

Q: Is it possible that there are differences in size relative to the sizes listed on the site?
A: Indeed, sometimes the length of a legging may not be as close to the millimeter as displayed on the product sheets. This goes from the order of 1cm to 3cm maximum. Ditto for color, it may be that the color difference you notify on a product relative to the color on your computer/mobile/tablet screen is due to the settings on your screens.

Q :How long does it take to receive my order?
A : The delivery time varies between 10-15 working days. We are constantly looking for logistic partners to improve our delivery time.

Q :How do I know the status of my order?
A :Please login to your ItsLeggings account and click on the "My Orders" tab. We will update your data in real time.


Q :Can I change my item, size or delivery address?
A :Yes, you can by sending an email itsleggings@gmail.com, If and only if you inform us of these changes before the shipment of your item. Note that we will not be able to make changes after sending your order.


Q :Can I return my item(s)?
A: If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return it, please contact our customer service department immediately. Please note that the return shipping charge will be at your expense. For more information on our return policy, please see the appropriate page.

Q: Why did I receive my order in different packages?
A: We manage our stock on different trays in China. In order to optimise the time and reduce the use of polluting vehicles, we send our parcels to different partners so that they also reduce their journeys!
